SALVATION

Jn.1:12 – As many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name.

FORGIVENESS

Pro.11:24,25 – There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty. The liberal soul shall be made fat: And he that watereth shall be watered also himself.
Pro.19:17 – He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will He pay him again.
Mal.3:10 – Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in Mine house, and prove Me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of Heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

HOW TO FIND THE WILL OF GOD

Judg.6:37 – Behold, I will put a fleece of wool in the floor; and if the dew be on the fleece only, and it be dry upon all the earth beside, then shall I know that Thou wilt save Israel by mine hand.
Psa.32:8 – I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with Mine eye.
Psa.119:130 – The entrance of Thy Words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.
Psa.143:8b – Cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto Thee.
Pro.3:6 – In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.
Pro.15:22 – Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counsellors they are established.
Isa.30:21 – Thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.

Job 36:11 – If they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.
Isa.1:19,20 – If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.
Lk.6:46 – Why call ye Me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

Psa.68:35b – The God of Israel is He that giveth strength and power unto His people.
Neh.8:10b – The joy of the Lord is your strength.
Psa.37:39 – The salvation of the righteous is of the Lord: He is their strength in the time of trouble.
Isa.30:7b – Their strength is to sit still.
Isa.30:15b – In quietness and in confidence shall be your strength.
Isa.40:29 – He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might He increaseth strength.
Isa.40:31 – They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

SUFFERING

Psa.34:19 – Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.

Psa.23:4 – Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me.
Psa.30:5 – For His anger endureth but a moment; in His favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
Psa.119:50 – This is my comfort in my affliction: for Thy Word hath quickened me.
Psa.145:14 – The Lord upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.

Psa.56:11 – In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me.

Pro.29:25 – The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe.

Dan.4:37b – Those that walk in pride He is able to abase.

Pro.16:24 – Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.
Pro.17:27 – He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit.
Pro.18:21a – Death and life are in the power of the tongue.
Pro.29:11 – A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.

For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
Amos 3:3 – Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
Rom.12:5 – We, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
Rom.14:19 – Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.
Rom.16:17 – Mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

DISCIPLESHIP

PERSECUTION

CHRISTIANITY IN CRISIS

Ezk.33:31 – They come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as My people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they show much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness.
Ezk.34:2b,3 – Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flocks? Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock.
Mat.15:8,9 – This people draweth nigh unto Me with their mouth, and honoureth Me with their lips; but their heart is far from Me. In vain they do worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Mat.22:29 – Ye do err, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God.
Mk.7:9,13 – Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition. Making the Word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered.
Acts 7:48 – Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet.
2Tim.3:5 – Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

THE LAW OF CHRIST

Mat.22:37-40 – Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it. Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
Jn.1:17 – For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
Rom.3:28 – Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
Rom.8:2 – The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
Rom.10:4 – For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
Rom.13:8b – He that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
Gal.2:21 – I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
Gal.3:13a – Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law.
Gal.3:24,25 – The law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
Gal.5:1 – Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

CREATION VS. EVOLUTION

Gen.1:1 – In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Acts 14:15b – Ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God, which made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein.
Rom.1:20-22,25 – For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God, they glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, Who is blessed for ever.
1Tim.6:20 – Keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called.
2Tim.3:7 – Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
